The Plasma Screen with sky channels is an advantage to any sports enthusiast and the outdoor BBQ for the budding chef. (All towels and linen provided) .

Rental rates
NB: Prices are quoted in UK Sterling, other curriencies are quoted as guide prices only, Prices may be subject to change at our discretion. The above prices are for a maximum of Ten guests. Extra guests are charged at an additional £50 per person per week. Food Package: let us do the shopping for you so you have all the food and beverages you need ready waiting for you when you arrive. Price of the package: the cost of goods + £40 delivery service. Bookings for less than 7 nights can be accepted as follows: Up to 3 nights - 70% of the weekly rate 4 - 5 nights - 80% of the weekly rate With your final payment we request a 'Refundable Breakages' deposit of £300 to cover any possible breakages/damages etc. For all Male/Female groups, the 'breakages' deposit is £500. Within 2 weeks of your return from Spain, this will be returned to you, less any damages. The swimming pool and terraces have fantastic views looking out to the Mijas mountains. It´s complete privacy allows total relaxation for a BBQ with a drink or two.
The covered patio area with it's table and chairs is great for relaxing in the shade, whilst enjoying listening to music, reading or dining outside.
The Lounge is an astounding 9m in length with a dining area at the rear. Patio doors at each end lead to the terraces and swimming pool area. There is a large sofa to relax on whilst watching your favourite UK TV programs on the 42" Plasma screen. (There is also a CD and DVD player)
This Bedroom has a large double bed, two bunk beds and an adjacent bathroom. The patio doors lead to the back balcony.
