Please note when any of the properties is to accommodate more than ten people there is a surcharge of £50 per person per week to cover the cost of extra cleaning and laundry

This booking is not transferable to another date or dates
And your deposit is non-refundable.

In the event of a cancellation we will endeavour to re-let the accommodation.  If we are unable to do so, you will be responsible for the full balance.  We suggest  you take out travel insurance to cover you in such an eventuality.

We will also require a ‘Deposit for Breakages’, to the value of £300.00. **
** All Male / All Female parties a ‘Deposit for Breakages’ will be £500.00
This will be refunded within two weeks of your return subject to the cost of any damage caused to the property and its contents.

You will be responsible for the accommodation during your stay and are expected to take reasonable care of  it. You also undertake to report any loss or damage to the accommodation and it’s contents during this period.  At the end of your stay the accommodation must be left in a clean condition.
We have the accommodation checked for damages etc on your departure.
The apartment must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.  We can store your luggage after that time for a small extra charge.

We shall be under no liability for any injury to, or damage, or loss of property by or to any occupier or visitor to the property however such an event may have been caused.
