La Roquita

This quaint fisher-mans cottage is the perfect place to relax and enjoy beach life in true Spanish style.

Accommodation comprises two bedrooms (one double, one twin bedded), one bathroom and one shower room, well equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a lounge with plasma TV and Sky satellite. The terrace has ample patio furniture and the gate opens straight onto the beach.

Air-conditioning is charged at an additional £42 per week.

Food Package: let us do the shopping for you so you have all the food and beverages you need ready waiting for you when you arrive. Price of the package: the cost of goods + £20 delivery service.

Bookings for less than 7 nights can be accepted as follows:

Up to 3 nights - 70% of the weekly rate

4 - 5 nights - 80% of the weekly rate

With your final payment we request a 'Refundable Breakages' deposit of £200 to cover any possible breakages/damages etc. Within 2 weeks of your return from Spain, this will be returned to you, less any damages.

The Location

There is a beach bar and a restaurant, both not even a minute“s walk away, and, if you can tear yourself away from this beautiful sandy beach, the famous 7 kilometre paseo (seafront) of Los Boliches/Fuengirola is a five minute walk away.

Here you can find every type of restaurant you could wish for, from a British Bar serving English Breakfasts and Guinness to a beachfront chiringuito with barbecued sardines and chilled Rioja.
